20-year experience since 2001 at CCASVA, UNICEF (5 Provinces: Kampong Chnang, Pursat, Battambang, Pailin and Banteay Meanchey) and 3 International NGOs like EveryChild.UK (3 Provinces: Kampong Cham, Svay Rieng and Prey Veng and National level), Save the Children Australia (Prey Veng Province) and World Vision Cambodia (Kampong Speu Province) in multi-roles of leadership, management, coordination and facilitation with duty bearers and right holders; technical and professional skills like conflict leadership and program management and critical analysis for respecting human’s rights and children’s rights, capacity building and empowerment to grassroots including women and children; work collaboration and partnership with government bodies.


Personal development goal: I am confident in saying that I am potentially one of the Cambodian women who are good at leadership, management and coordination and show commitment. I believe that my contribution through CCASVA’s vision, mission, core values and strategies in promoting the children’s right and protection, care and support service delivery vulnerable children through child protection network at community , sub-national and national levels, partnership working with UN agencies, INGOs, Local NGOs where peace and security will bring changes in the lives of Cambodian women and children.

Almost 10-year experience since 2010 in serving positions like Finance and Admin Manager, Finance and Admin Officer, Finance Assistant and Intern with 3 local NGOs like CCASVA, Independent Mediation (IMG) Organization and Legal Aid of Cambodia (LAC).

Over 10-year experience since 2005 up to now at several local NGOs like CCASVA, PHNOM SREY ORGANIZATION FOR DEVELOPMENT (PSOD), KHEMARA, CWS and World Education Organization for posts: project manager, coordinator and officer in areas of community development, I-SAF Program, child protection, youth empowerment, Violence Against Children, Gender Based Violence (intimate partner violence), Life skill HIV&AIDS education within remote provinces such as Preah Vihear, Prey Veng, Kampong Cham, Thbong Khmum, Kratie and Siem Reap.
