Achievements at Outcome Level: The project was successfully implemented throughout the year, strengthening ownership and sustainability among sub-national authorities and community-based groups. Most outcome and input-level indicators were met, along with the majority of planned activities.
Achievements at Output/Activity Level: The project achieved 1,094 interventions, surpassing the annual target of 752. These activities benefited at least 9,565 individuals, including 1,976 children (1,272 girls and 704 boys), 6,839 adults (4,039 women and 2,800 men), and 749 youths (527 females and 222 males). Among them were 30 people with disabilities, 347 sponsored children (245 girls and 102 boys), 344 parents of sponsored children, and 8 individuals identifying as LGBTIQ.
Stakeholder Engagement: The project strengthened sub-national child protection systems through collaboration, coaching, and strategic linkages. Key stakeholders included: 294 CCWC members (77 women, 205 men, 6 girls, 6 boys); 393 Child Club members and advisors (227 girls, 123 boys, 30 female youth, 13 male youth); 441 Closed Club members (220 women, 221 men); 806 Village Community-Based Child Protection Mechanism members (279 women, 282 men, 51 boys, 74 girls, 88 female youth, 32 male youth); 67 District WCCC members (40 women, 27 men).

Achievements Against Project Outcomes: The project was successfully implemented throughout the year, achieving most of its planned outcomes and indicator targets. It effectively contributed to strengthening the ownership and sustainability of sub-national authorities and community-based groups.
Reach and Beneficiaries: The project exceeded its annual outreach target, with 1,627 instances of intervention compared to the planned 1,235. A total of 16,824 individuals directly benefited, including 6,022 children (3,677 girls, 2,345 boys) and 10,802 adults (7,279 women, 3,523 men). Among them were 87 people with disabilities, 766 sponsored children (409 girls, 357 boys), and 743 parents of sponsored children (584 women, 159 men).
Key Stakeholders Engagement: The project strengthened the sub-national child protection system through collaboration, coaching, and strategic linkages. Key groups included: 301 CCWC members (82 women, 188 men, 16 girls, 15 boys); 331 Child Club members (211 girls, 120 boys) and 34 youth advisors (26F, 8M); 706 Closed Club members (384 women, 322 men); 1,086 Village Child Protection Mechanism members (486 women, 456 men, 91 girls, 53 boys); 74 District WCCC members (41 women, 27 men, 3 girls, 3 boys) and 26 Provincial WCCC members (16 women, 10 men).
