Having experience in managing project with limited resources and working with team with diverse background. He is a manager who always has good relationship with the subordinates. He is able to develop creative ideas and provide feedback to the communities. He is a visionary manager, and He always enjoys dynamic working environment and be able to work in a multi-cultural setting.
